I'm a 2nd generation Mechanical Contractor raised in the South Florida area. I took time off as a Contractor and raised through the ranks of Mechanical Inspector, Plans Reviewer and then Mechanical Chief. I also teach at Local 725 in the apprenticeship program. Understanding both sides of the proverbial fence has aided me in understanding all factions of our trade.

As I re-enter the contracting world, I bring more insight and understanding of all phases of the trade I have "lived in". I also bring a greater knowledge, not just about codes and standards, or reading and understanding the engineers design, but about melding it all together which provides a better installation for the end user.

I am a woman based minority contractor who also happens to be union. I believe in proper training and education, which in essence provides higher quality jobs and where pride in one's trade comes back to life. I strive to keep up with new technologies most notably when I can offer my customers a greater value at a lower cost.
